Fleet Genius Fleet Manager Simplifies Fleet Management
Fleet Genius logs and tracks all information uploaded from the fleet’s VHMs and permits easy-to-use reporting and analysis of fleet operations. The application’s fleet at-a-glance dashboard allows the fleet manager or finance team the ability quickly see any vehicle or driver alerts.
The Windows-based software supports multiple-user access supports a range of analysis and reporting including:

As new vehicle and driver information is received the system notifies the fleet manager if any user configurable alert thresholds have been triggered.
Maintenance Management
The system also simplifies vehicle maintenance management by enabling the fleet manager to add scheduled maintenance activities to the application. The software then tracks vehicle maintenance history and sends alerts for upcoming appointments.
Fleet Manager sends alerts for scheduled and condition-based vehicle maintenance events. The Fleet Manager permits examination of every vehicle trip record for additional analysis and reporting.
